This Week in Chester History…

The Observer-Tribune published the obituary of Mrs. Loretta VanPelt, who had died at the age of 86 after a fall, in 1960. She had been the widow of Charles VanPelt. She was survived by her daughter, Mrs. Joseph H. Lecour and son Lester, five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
